1. Do I need my own car for training?
No, absolutely not. ZUVIO provides premium dual-control cars (Swift, WagonR, Dzire etc.) equipped with safety pedals for all your training sessions.
2. What does “100% Doorstep Service” mean?
It means zero hassle for you. Our instructor will pick you up from your exact location (home or office) and drop you back after the 1-hour training session.
3. Are your trainers verified and certified?
Yes. Every ZUVIO trainer is government-certified, background-verified, highly experienced, and trained to be polite and professional.
4. What are your training timings?
We respect your busy schedule. Our flexible training slots run from 06:00 AM in the morning till 08:00 PM in the evening, 7 days a week.
5. Do you help with getting a Driving License (RTO)?
Yes, we offer complete RTO assistance. Once you complete the course, our team will guide and help you through the process of getting your permanent Driving License.
6. I am a complete beginner and very scared. Is it safe?
It is 100% safe. Our training cars have dual controls (extra clutch and brake on the instructor’s side). The trainer has full control of the vehicle at all times to prevent any mishaps.
7. Do you have female instructors?
We prioritize female comfort and safety. We offer “Ladies Special Batches” designed specifically to provide a comfortable learning environment for female learners.
8. Can I choose between an Automatic and Manual car?
Yes! We have a premium fleet of both Automatic and Manual transmission cars. You can select your preference while booking the course.
9. What areas in Delhi NCR do you serve?
We serve all major areas in South Delhi (Malviya Nagar, Saket, Hauz Khas, Lajpat Nagar, Kalkaji, etc.) and are expanding across the entire Delhi NCR region.
10. How can I pay and book my slot?
