Refund and Returns Policy

100% Govt. Registered Entity (MSME)

Master Refund & Cancellation Policy

This document provides the definitive 20-point financial framework governing all transactions, course bookings, cancellations, and RTO processing fees at Zuvio Driving Academy.

01 Corporate Identity & Govt. Approved Status

Zuvio Driving Academy is a 100% Government Approved business entity, formally registered under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India via the Udyam portal. Our operations strictly adhere to the legal and commercial guidelines mandated by the Govt. of India for educational and transport services.

By Utilizing our services, you engage with a legally recognized, tax-compliant, and government-authorized enterprise operating out of our Head Office in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi, India.

02 Intellectual Property & Trademark Protection

The brand name “ZUVIO”, our golden logo, our website architecture, and our 18-step driving curriculum are the exclusive intellectual property of our proprietorship. These assets are protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (Class 35 & 41) at the Trade Marks Registry, Delhi.

Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial utilization of our branding or business blueprints will result in immediate civil litigation and claims for damages under Indian trademark laws.

03 Acceptance of Legal Agreement

By accessing zuvio.net, submitting an inquiry, remitting a booking advance, or stepping into a Zuvio training vehicle, you explicitly consent to enter into a legally binding contract. These 20-point Terms govern your entire financial and operational relationship with Zuvio. If you disagree with any clause, please cease use of our services.

04 Age & Legal Eligibility Criteria

To officially enroll in any practical on-road training course at Zuvio, you must be at least 18 years of age on the day your physical training commences. Government-issued age proof is required.

Presenting fraudulent documentation is a criminal offense, and Zuvio reserves the right to immediately terminate the course without refund and report the incident.

05 Learner’s License (LL) Mandate

It is illegal to drive on public roads without a valid Learner’s License (LL). You must possess a Learner’s License before taking the steering wheel of our training vehicles.

If you lack an LL, Zuvio provides RTO assistance, but your practical driving sessions will only be scheduled after the Transport Department officially issues your Learner’s License.

06 Doorstep Logistics & Wait Times

To maintain our highly optimized schedules across Delhi NCR, we enforce strict logistical timelines for our “Doorstep Pickup and Drop” service.

The 10-Minute Buffer Rule: The instructor will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at your pickup location. If you fail to appear within this window, the session will be deducted as a “No-Show.”

07 Dual-Control Fleet Safety Protocols

Your safety is our priority. Every Zuvio training vehicle is legally modified with professional dual-control systems (passenger-side clutch and brakes) operated exclusively by our certified instructors.

The instructor can stop the vehicle instantly to prevent an imminent collision, and you agree not to physically interfere with the instructor’s access to these dual controls.

08 Instructor’s Ultimate Authority

Inside the training vehicle, the instructor represents the absolute authority regarding safety. You are contractually obligated to follow their verbal instructions meticulously and instantly.

If your driving behavior is reckless or endangers public safety, the instructor possesses the irrevocable right to instantly seize control, terminate the session, and recommend your expulsion.

09 Student Liability & Vehicle Damages

Learning involves errors. Under normal training conditions where the student is following directions, the student bears zero financial liability for minor scratches or accidental damage to the Zuvio vehicle.

Gross Negligence Exception: If a collision occurs due to deliberately ignoring commands, over-speeding against warnings, or reckless behavior, the student will be held 100% financially liable for all repair bills and third-party claims.

10 Zero Tolerance (Drugs & Alcohol)

Zuvio enforces a rigid, uncompromising Zero Tolerance Policy concerning substance abuse. Operating a vehicle under the influence is a severe criminal offense.

If an instructor suspects you have consumed alcohol or narcotics prior to a class, you will be denied entry. This results in immediate, permanent expulsion without a refund.

11 Anti-Harassment & Misconduct Policy

Zuvio provides a respectfully educational environment for both our students and staff.

Using profanity, physical threats, makes inappropriate personal remarks, or exhibits disrespect toward our instructors—especially our female staff conducting Ladies Special Classes—will result in immediate termination of your contract without refund.

12 Attendance, Cancellation & Rescheduling Rules

Your assigned time slot is a dedicated resource allocation. To cancel or reschedule a session, you must formally notify Zuvio Operations via WhatsApp at least 12 hours prior to the class.

Any cancellation within 12 hours, or failing to appear within the 10-minute wait buffer, results in the class being counted as “Completed” and deducted from your quota.

13 Traffic Violations & Challan Liability

While our instructors maintain strict dual-control oversight, the ultimate responsibility for following traffic laws rests with you.

If a traffic challan is levied explicitly due to your deliberate action (such as jumping a red light or speeding) against the instructor’s brake or warning, the entire financial burden of the fine will be borne exclusively by you.

14 RTO Assistance & Government Delays

For students opting for licensing assistance, Zuvio acts strictly as a third-party facilitator. Zuvio Driving Academy does not possess the authority to issue driving licenses.

We are not legally or financially liable for delays caused by government server downtimes, strikes, or application rejections due to incomplete or fraudulent documents provided by you.

15 Pre-existing Medical Conditions Declaration

Safe driving requires physical and mental alertness. By enrolling, you formulate a legal declaration that you do not suffer from any medical condition (e.g., severe epilepsy, sudden blackouts) that contraindicates operating a vehicle.

Concealing such a condition shifts 100% of the civil and criminal liability to you in the event of an accident occurring during training.

16 Force Majeure (Delhi Traffic, Smog & Weather)

Zuvio commits to punctuality; however, we operate in a highly dynamic metropolitan environment and are not liable for delays caused by “Force Majeure” events.

These include: severe Delhi smog lockdowns (GRAP movement restrictions), extreme monsoon waterlogging, VIP movement traffic jams, or civil unrest. Your missed class will be rescheduled to the earliest feasible date without penalty.

17 Vehicle Breakdown & Class Substitution

Despite rigorous maintenance, unpredictable vehicle breakdowns can occur. If a training vehicle breaks down before or during class, Zuvio reserves the right to either substitute the vehicle or cancel and reschedule the session.

If interrupted midway, the remaining training time will be accurately tracked and compensated in upcoming sessions.

18 Package Validity & Expiration Rules

Driving education relies on consistent practice. All driving packages possess a strict validity period. Standard beginner courses must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of the very first session.

Unnotified extended breaks lead to package expiration, and no refunds or carry-forwards will be permitted for expired unutilized classes.

19 Financial Integrity & Refund Exclusions

All fees paid to Zuvio for training courses and RTO processing are strictly non-refundable once the first practical class has commenced or the RTO file has been logged.

We do not offer refunds if you “change your mind,” decide you are too scared, or relocate midway through the course. All paid fees are instantly forfeited upon expulsion due to policy violations.

20 Official Grievance & Head Office Info

For any billing discrepancies, formal refund requests (if applicable pre-commencement), or financial grievances, all communications must be directed in writing to our official billing department. Verbal requests to trainers are not valid.
