02 No Guarantee of RTO License Issuance

Zuvio provides professional driving instruction and administrative assistance to help you apply for your Learner’s or Permanent Driving License. However, we absolutely do not guarantee that you will pass the final RTO driving test.

The issuance of a driving license is the sole prerogative of the Regional Transport Office (RTO) Inspector based on your individual performance on the day of the test. Zuvio cannot be held legally or financially liable if a student fails the official test due to nervousness, driving errors, or failure to produce valid documents.

03 Post-Training Independent Driving Liability

Our goal is to make you a confident driver. However, once your training package is completed and you begin driving your personal or any other motor vehicle independently, Zuvio Driving Academy bears zero responsibility or liability.

If you are involved in a traffic collision, property damage, or any legal infraction after your course ends, you cannot hold Zuvio, its proprietors, or its instructors responsible. Independent driving requires your own judgment, and you assume all inherent risks of operating a motor vehicle on public roads.

04 Inherent Risks of Driving

You explicitly acknowledge that driving a motor vehicle on the public roads of Delhi NCR carries inherent risks of injury, property damage, or death, regardless of the presence of a dual-control vehicle or a certified instructor. By enrolling in our courses, you voluntarily assume all such risks associated with physical driving instruction.

05 Individual Learning Curves & Results

Every individual possesses a different learning curve, reflex speed, and spatial awareness. Testimonials, reviews, or success stories featured on our website represent the experiences of specific students and are not a guarantee of your individual results.

We do not promise that every student will achieve the exact same level of driving perfection within a standard 15-day or 20-day course framework. Some students may require additional paid classes to gain adequate confidence.

06 Traffic Fines and Legal Violations

While our instructors maintain strict dual-control oversight, any deliberate violation of traffic laws (e.g., intentional over-speeding, ignoring red lights, or driving under the influence) made by the student against the instructor’s direct commands resulting in a police challan, legal action, or vehicle impoundment, shall be the sole legal and financial responsibility of the student.

07 Medical Fitness Disclaimer

Zuvio instructors are not medical professionals. We rely entirely on your truthful declaration of physical and mental fitness to drive. If you experience a medical emergency (e.g., seizure, heart attack, or blackout) while behind the wheel, Zuvio cannot be held liable for the resulting consequences. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you are medically cleared by a certified physician to operate heavy machinery.

Zuvio has no control over the nature, content, and availability of those external sites.
