Terms & Conditions

100% Govt. Approved Entity

Master Terms & Conditions

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Zuvio Driving Academy. By enrolling, you agree to adhere to these operational guidelines.

01 Corporate Identity & Govt. Approval

Zuvio Driving Academy is a 100% Government Approved and officially registered business entity operating strictly under the legal framework established by the Government of India for educational and transport services.

By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you are engaging with a legally recognized, tax-compliant, and government-authorized enterprise operating out of New Delhi, India.

02 Intellectual Property & Trademark Protection

The brand name “ZUVIO”, our golden logo, website architecture, and our 18-step driving curriculum are protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (Class 35 & 41) at the Trade Marks Registry, Delhi.

You are strictly prohibited from reproducing our branding or business model. Any infringement will result in immediate civil litigation and claims for damages under Indian trademark laws.

03 Acceptance of Legal Agreement

By accessing zuvio.net, submitting an inquiry, or stepping into a Zuvio training vehicle, you explicitly consent to enter into a legally binding contract. These 20-point Terms govern your relationship with our institution.

If you disagree with any clause, please cease the use of our platform. Zuvio reserves the right to amend these terms at our sole discretion.

04 Age & Legal Eligibility Criteria

Operating a motor vehicle is a severe responsibility governed by the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. To enroll in any practical training course, you must be at least 18 years of age on the day your physical training commences.

Falsifying your age or presenting fraudulent documentation is a criminal offense, and Zuvio reserves the right to immediately terminate the course without refund.

05 Learner’s License (LL) Mandate

It is illegal to drive on public roads in India without a valid Learner’s License (LL). You are required by law to have an active Learner’s License before taking the steering wheel.

If you lack one, Zuvio provides RTO assistance, but your practical driving sessions will only be scheduled after the Transport Department officially issues your Learner’s License.

06 Doorstep Logistics & Wait Times

To maintain our highly optimized schedules across Delhi NCR, we enforce strict logistical timelines for our Doorstep Pickup and Drop service.

The 10-Minute Buffer Rule: The instructor will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at your location. Failure to appear within this window results in a “No-Show,” and the session is permanently deducted from your quota.

07 Dual-Control Fleet Safety Protocols

Your safety is our priority. Every Zuvio training vehicle is legally modified with professional dual-control systems (passenger-side clutch and brakes) operated exclusively by our certified instructors.

You agree not to physically interfere with the instructor’s access to these dual controls. The instructor can stop the vehicle instantly to prevent an imminent collision.

08 Instructor’s Ultimate Authority

Inside the vehicle, the instructor represents the absolute authority regarding safety. You are contractually obligated to follow their verbal instructions instantly.

If your driving is reckless or endangers public safety, the instructor possesses the irrevocable right to seize control, terminate the class, and recommend your expulsion from the academy.

09 Student Liability & Vehicle Damages

Under standard training conditions, where you are following directions, you bear zero financial liability for minor scratches or accidental damage to the vehicle.

Gross Negligence Exception: If a collision occurs because you deliberately ignored commands, over-speeded, or acted recklessly, you will be held 100% financially liable for all repair bills and third-party claims.

10 Zero Tolerance (Drugs & Alcohol)

Zuvio enforces a rigid Zero Tolerance Policy. Operating a vehicle under the influence is a severe criminal offense.

If an instructor suspects you have consumed alcohol or narcotics prior to a class, you will be denied entry. This results in immediate, permanent expulsion without a refund.

11 Anti-Harassment & Misconduct Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance stance against harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward our staff, especially female instructors conducting Ladies Special Classes.

Using profanity, physical threats, or disrespect will result in immediate termination of your contract. We will aggressively pursue legal action against severe misconduct.

12 Attendance, Cancellations & “No-Shows”

Your assigned time slot represents a dedicated resource allocation. Scheduling discipline is mandatory.

To reschedule, you must notify us via WhatsApp at least 12 hours prior to the class. Cancellations within 12 hours, or a failure to arrive (“No-Show”), will irrevocably result in that session being permanently deducted from your package.

13 Traffic Violations & Challan Liability

Our dual-control systems help prevent violations, but the ultimate responsibility for following traffic laws rests with you.

If a traffic challan is levied due to your deliberate action (such as jumping a red light or speeding) against the instructor’s warnings, the entire financial burden of the fine will be borne exclusively by you.

14 RTO Assistance Limitations

Zuvio acts strictly as a third-party facilitator. We do not possess the authority to issue driving licenses.

We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as RTO server downtimes, strikes, or rejection of your application due to inadequate documents. The final issuance rests solely with the RTO Inspector.

15 Pre-existing Medical Conditions

Safe driving requires physical and mental alertness. You declare that you do not suffer from any medical condition (e.g., severe epilepsy, sudden blackouts) that contraindicates operating a vehicle.

Concealing such a condition shifts 100% of the civil and criminal liability to you in the event of an accident during training.

16 Force Majeure & Delhi Smog/Traffic

We operate in a dynamic environment and are not liable for delays caused by “Force Majeure” events.

These include severe Delhi smog lockdowns (GRAP restrictions), monsoon waterlogging, VIP movement, or civil unrest. In these scenarios, your missed class will be rescheduled without any penalty.

17 Vehicle Breakdown & Class Substitution

Despite rigorous maintenance, unpredictable vehicle breakdowns can occur on the road.

In such rare events, Zuvio reserves the right to substitute the vehicle or reschedule the session. If interrupted midway, the remaining time will be accurately compensated in your upcoming sessions.

18 Package Validity & Expiration Rules

All driving packages are sold with a strict validity period to ensure steady learning momentum.

Standard beginner courses must be fully completed within 30 calendar days. Unnotified extended breaks will lead to package expiration without refunds or carry-forwards, barring severe medical emergencies.

19 Financial Integrity & Refund Exclusions

All fees paid to Zuvio are strictly non-refundable once the first practical class has commenced or the RTO file has been logged.

We do not offer refunds for “change of mind,” relocation, or if expelled due to policy violations. All paid fees are instantly forfeited in such cases.

20 Exclusive Delhi Legal Jurisdiction

This master agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

In the highly improbable event of a dispute, both parties agree that the sole and exclusive legal jurisdiction for any civil suits or consumer complaints shall lie strictly within the competent courts of New Delhi,India.
